What you'll do
Providing lead administrative support to the claims department by performing tasks in an efficient and expedient manner ensuring the department operates efficiently.
Performing a wide variety of advanced secretarial and administrative duties, which may be of a confidential or technical nature.
Supporting management by collecting and maintaining data for reports and for budget reconciliation.
Maintaining and reporting on all attendance records and maintaining all personnel files.Creating various forms, charts and reports for unit management.
High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years administrative experience- insurance industry desired
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced typing ability required
Moderate organization, planning and time management skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organizationGeneral leadership skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
